Van’s Rain Gutters Maintenance Program

Regular gutter care protects your property, saves you time, and eliminates hassles.

New gutters are a great start, but consistent maintenance is what keeps them performing at their best. When gutters clog or fail, water goes where it shouldn’t, leading to fascia rot, foundation issues, and costly repairs. Our Maintenance Program keeps water moving away from your home, providing you with year-round peace of mind.

What You Get

  • Two scheduled visits per year: Late Spring (May – June) and Late Fall (November -December)
  • Complete gutter and downspout clearing
  • Leaf protection service
  • All labor, tools, and supervision included
  • Careful cleanup to leave your property tidy

Gutter Maintenance Program FAQ

Do I need to be home for service?

As long as we have exterior access, we can complete the visit. Just let us know about gates, pets, or any special instructions!

Do you offer gutter guard or leaf protection solutions?

Yes. We provide leaf protection service and can recommend guard options if they’re a good fit for your home and roof type.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain usually doesn’t stop us. For heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, we’ll reschedule promptly to the next available window.

Do you also check for gutter damage or needed repairs?

Yes, during each visit, we look for signs like loose fasteners, sagging sections, sealant failures, and other issues. We’ll document what we see and provide you with a quote for gutter repair if needed.

How long does a typical visit take?

Most homes are completed in 1 to 4 hours, depending on size, access, and debris levels.

How do maintenance reminders work?

You’ll receive a call before your appointment to notify you when the crew is en route.

What should I do before my appointment?

Provide gate codes or access notes, secure pets, and move vehicles if they block ladder placement. As a courtesy, please clear the yard of all debris (pet waste, toys, yard equipment, etc.) to provide crews with a clean and safe working environment.
